Abortion in Cincinnati

What You Won't See on the Sign
The Women's Med Center abortion clinic in Cincinnati

If you live in the Cincinnati area you may have noticed the Women's Med Center, an abortion clinic which is now located on Lebanon Road in Sharonville, OH (a suburb of Cincinnati). The abortion clinic is secluded and cloaked by the obscurity of its purpose. This is not an accident. Outside the building you will find no mention of the abortions taking place there. Branded with an innocent-looking butterfly, which seems meant only to disguise the true purpose of the business.

The Women's Med Center is an abortion facility. It was opened by Martin Haskell, a late-term abortionist, known for his passion for partial-birth abortion. This procedure is still being performed by Haskell using a loophole in the law. You may have thought, as many do, that this method of abortion was banned, but it has simply been modified. Haskell describes the procedure in a paper he presented at a National Abortion Federation seminar in 1992. You can read Haskell's own description of the IDX abortion procedure here. The Women's Med Center website actually specifies that their abortion clinics specialize in "late-term" abortions.
